About these terms

These terms cover your use of calmkept.com and the digital planners and binders you buy from us. By buying or downloading, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email care@calmkept.com and we will explain.

Our products are records, not advice

Calmkept products are records you keep. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. They do not replace a professional, and you should ask your solicitor, GP or adviser to confirm every detail that matters to you.

Personal use

When you buy a Calmkept planner, you get a licence to use it for your own personal use. Please do not resell, redistribute or share the files, and please do not pass them off as your own.

Intellectual property

The planners, their design, text and layout stay the property of Calmkept. Buying a planner gives you the right to use it, not to own the underlying work. The "Calmkept" name is ours.

Buying and downloading

Prices are shown at checkout. Your order is complete once payment is taken and your download is made available. We will send an order confirmation to your email. For how refunds work on these downloadable files, see our Refund Policy.

If something is wrong

If a file will not download, is corrupted, or is materially not as described, contact care@calmkept.com and we will put it right. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, with its last-updated date shown above.
