What you are buying

Calmkept products are downloadable digital files (PDF planners and binders). You download them and keep them, so they are treated as digital content, not a physical item sent to you.

Immediate download, and your 14-day right

By law in the UK and the EU you normally have a 14-day right to change your mind and cancel a distance purchase. For digital files that you download straight away, that right works a little differently, and we want to be plain about it.

When you buy a download from us, before you pay you are asked to tick a box that does two things:

• you ask us to give you the file immediately, and
• you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins.

Both parts matter. Once you have given that consent and the download has begun, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies, because you asked for the file right away and accepted that this is what happens. If you do not give that consent, your 14-day right stays in place.

We send an order confirmation to your email recording that you gave this consent, so you have a record of it.

If the file is faulty or not as described

The waiver above is about changing your mind. It does not touch your rights if something is actually wrong. If a file will not download, is corrupted, or is materially not as described, email care@calmkept.com and we will replace it or refund it.

For customers in Australia

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a file is faulty, fails to download, is corrupted, or is materially not as described.
