Privacy policy

Effective date: 2026-06-16

Calmkept is a small printable-stationery business based in the United States. This page explains what information we collect when you visit calmkept.com or use our products, how we use it, and how you can reach us with questions.

We try to keep this short, honest, and in plain language. If you have any questions or want to know what we hold about you, email care@calmkept.com — a real person will reply.

What we collect, and what we don't

When you visit calmkept.com — our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard request logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the time, and your browser's user agent. We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels on this site. If we add any in the future, we'll update this policy and note it in the changelog before they go live.

When you join our email list — we use MailerLite to manage subscriptions. If you sign up, MailerLite stores your email address and the list you joined; we use it only to send the emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.

When you purchase from us on Etsy — Etsy handles the transaction and the order details. We see what Etsy shows shop owners: the order contents, your Etsy username, the minimal shipping information Etsy provides for digital orders, and any messages you send us. We do not export this information off Etsy's platform for marketing or analytics.

Pinterest API data — We do not read your personal pins, saves, or activity beyond what's needed to operate our publishing pipeline against our own Calmkept account. We do not analyze your Pinterest activity; we do not sell, resell, or redistribute any Pinterest-derived data to third parties. If you disconnect our app from your Pinterest account, we delete the stored refresh token and stop accessing any Pinterest-related data tied to your account.

We do not collect — payment information (Etsy and MailerLite handle this), health data, precise location, social-graph data, or anything else we don't need to operate the shop and the email list.

How long we keep things

  • Web request logs: per Cloudflare's default retention
  • MailerLite subscriber records: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed
  • Etsy order records: per Etsy's retention policy
  • Pinterest OAuth tokens: until you disconnect the app, after which we delete them

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with marketing partners or data brokers. The processors named above (Cloudflare, MailerLite, Etsy, Pinterest) receive only what's needed to provide the service you've asked for; each has its own privacy policy that governs their handling.

Your rights

If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email care@calmkept.com and we'll take care of it. No special form, no special process. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Pinterest disclaimer

Calmkept uses the Pinterest API to publish content to its own business account. Calmkept is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest and the Pinterest logo are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material in this policy, we will update the effective date above and note the change in a brief changelog at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of calmkept.com after a change means you accept the updated terms.
