Who we are
Calmkept provides fill-in digital planners and binders you download and keep. If you have any question about your data, or want to make any of the requests described below, write to us at care@calmkept.com and we will help.
Trading name: Calmkept. Calmkept is the trading name of Luis Beauchamp, a sole trader (not a company). Postal address: 190 E Rocks Rd, Norwalk, CT 06851, USA.
What we collect, and why
We keep this small on purpose. The planners are records you fill in and keep yourself, so we do not hold the personal information you write into them. The only data we hold is what we need to take your order and, if you ask for it, to send you occasional updates.
- Order data — your email address and the details of what you bought. We use this to complete your purchase, send your download and your order confirmation, and provide support.
- Marketing data — your email address, only if you choose to join our list.
We do not collect personal information from the files themselves. The binders are records the customer keeps, so we hold no customer personal data from the product.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use it only for the purposes set out above.
We do rely on trusted providers to run the shop and deliver your download (for example our payment processor and our store platform). They process order data only to provide those services.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy (access),
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete (rectification),
- delete your data where we no longer need it (erasure),
- restrict or object to how we use it, and
- receive your data in a portable form.
You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and this will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you are in the UK and you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Marketing emails (Australia)
If you join our list from Australia, we follow the Spam Act 2003. We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent; every message clearly identifies Calmkept as the sender with a current contact; and every message carries a working unsubscribe that we always honour. You can unsubscribe at any time at no cost, and we will stop.
Pinterest API data
We do not read your personal pins, saves, or activity beyond what's needed to operate our publishing pipeline against our own Calmkept account. We do not analyse your Pinterest activity; we do not sell, resell, or redistribute any Pinterest-derived data to third parties. If you disconnect our app from your Pinterest account, we delete the stored refresh token and stop accessing any Pinterest-related data tied to your account. Calmkept uses the Pinterest API to publish content to its own business account and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest and the Pinterest logo are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc.
